Medical Sales Representative
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Achieve established monthly and quarterly sales objectives for assigned products.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct targeted sales calls and presentations to physicians, pharmacists, and key hospital staff, effectively communicating product benefits and clinical data.
- Territory Planning: Develop and implement a structured routing and call plan to ensure optimal coverage of target customers.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain professional, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and high-potential customers.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with company policy and industry ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in: Pharmacy, Science or Veterinary Medicine.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication.
- Active Listening: Understanding customer needs and challenges.
- Time Management: Organizing tasks and managing a travel schedule effectively.
- Negotiation: Effective closing skills and ability to handle pricing discussions.
- Relationship Building: Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with clients.
